Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we accept returns only under specific conditions.

• Returns must be requested within 60 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Products must be in resellable condition

Non-returnable items:

• Opened or used cosmetic patches
• Items with broken seals
• Products showing signs of use

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
